Does adderall affect your liver?

I recently started Adderall for my concentration problems. My mom keeps telling me to be careful with medication and my liver. Is there any truth to her worries about it affecting the liver?

Keep a peaceful mind and take care of your body as a temple. While these medications are processed by the liver, severe issues are very rare when taken in prescribed doses. Eat pure food and trust your doctor's guidance.

Generally, it doesn't cause any liver issues for most people! Just make sure to drink lots of water and avoid mixing it with alcohol. Doing yearly routine blood tests is always a good idea to stay safe and stress-free.

I completely panicked when I read some online articles about liver damage and wanted to stop my treatment. But my doctor explained that therapeutic doses rarely cause liver problems. I got my LFT done and it was absolutely normal, so don't worry.

Bhaiyya, dawa toh liver se hi hazam hoti hai par doctor ki salah se lenge toh koi nuksan nahi hoga. Bas jyada tel-masala mat khaiye aur paani khoob pijiye. Agar koi pareshani lage toh turant doctor saab ko dikhaiye.

Standard clinical studies show very low risk of hepatotoxicity with this medication. If you don't have any pre-existing liver disease, you should be fine. Just add a routine liver function test to your annual health checkup to monitor it practically.
