Does acv help arthritis?

I have terrible arthritis in my hands, especially during winter. My neighbor swears by apple cider vinegar, saying it helps with joint pain. Does ACV help arthritis, or is it just an old wives' tale?

I used to panic every time my joints ached, searching for home remedies like Apple Cider Vinegar online. But when I actually spoke to my doctor, he reassured me that simple lifestyle changes are what help. ACV is fine for digestion, but it's not a proven cure for arthritis, so don't stress over it.

Hey there! While some people feel ACV helps reduce joint stiffness, there's no major scientific proof. But it's great for gut health when diluted, which indirectly keeps the body happy. Keep smiling and stay active!

I keep reading so many conflicting things online about ACV helping joints, and it makes me so anxious about what is actually safe to try. I really hope it works for you if you try it, but please start with a very small amount to make sure it doesn't upset your stomach.

Haan na, joint pain is so troublesome in winters. Some people say ACV helps reduce inflammation, but honestly, simple warm oil massage is much better, ho na. Don't force yourself to drink vinegar if you don't like the taste.

Drinking warm water with honey and lemon is a gentler home alternative if you find ACV too strong. However, if your arthritis pain is severe, causing joint swelling or limiting your movement, please see a rheumatologist. Home tips are only for mild comfort, not a cure.

There is no scientific evidence or clinical trial proving that Apple Cider Vinegar can treat or cure arthritis. My doctor explained that while the antioxidants in ACV are healthy, they cannot rebuild cartilage or reverse joint damage. Stick to your prescribed medical treatments for arthritis.

I have tried almost every home remedy for my joint pain, including warm ACV water in the morning. Honestly, it didn't do much for my arthritis pain, but adding a pinch of ginger and turmeric to my food did bring some relief. We just have to find what works best for our own body.

I can only share my personal experience here, as I tried drinking diluted ACV for a month. It didn't make any noticeable difference to my knee pain, though it did help slightly with my bloating. Everyone's body reacts differently to these remedies.

Keep your spirits high and take care of your body gently. While ACV is a natural product that some find helpful, true healing also comes from keeping a peaceful mind and eating pure, simple food. God bless you with good health.

From a dietary perspective, ACV is just fermenting apple juice, which has some antioxidants. It won't directly cure arthritis, but maintaining an alkaline-rich vegetarian diet with plenty of leafy greens can help manage joint inflammation better.
