Does 7oh help with pain?

I've been hearing a lot about something called '7-OH' in some wellness groups online, especially for pain relief. My grandmother has chronic joint pain, and I was wondering if 7-OH actually helps with pain, and if it's safe?

7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) is an active compound that some people use for pain, but it is highly controversial and unregulated. Honestly, it acts on opioid receptors and carries a high risk of dependency and side effects. I would stay away from unregulated supplements and stick to FDA-approved treatments.

I have dealt with chronic joint pain for decades, and let me tell you, shortcut compounds like these are not safe. In the long run, they do more harm than good to your liver and body. Stick to proven therapies and what your doctor prescribes for safety.

Be very careful with such substances as they can affect your heart rate and blood pressure levels. When dealing with pain, it is much safer to get regular checkups with a specialist. Lifestyle changes and proper medical supervision are always better than self-medicating with unregulated chemicals.

My back aches just reading about these fancy new compounds! Honestly, 7-OH sounds like a risky shortcut when we don't even know its long-term effects. I'll stick to my hot water bag and physician-approved pain balms for now, thank you very much.

I know how desperate one can get when dealing with severe, constant pain. But please avoid using unregulated substances like 7-OH, as they can cause severe withdrawal and health complications. Gentle heat therapy, yoga, and proper medical advice are much safer routes to explore.

While some claim 7-OH helps with severe pain, the lack of safety data and risk of addiction makes it a dangerous option. For chronic pain management, light mobility exercises and daily walking have been my saving grace. Always ask your doctor before trying any new supplement.
