Does 4 stroke take mixed gas?

My cousin is confused about his new dirt bike, it has a 4-stroke engine. He's asking if 4-stroke engines take mixed gas, like some 2-strokes do. Or do they use regular petrol and have separate oil?

Actually, a 4-stroke engine doesn't need mixed fuel because it has a separate oil compartment. I read up on this extensively when buying my generator. Just like my physician Dr. Verma told me about keeping medications and daily supplements separate so they don't interfere, these mechanical systems also need pure petrol in the main tank to run properly.

I completely panicked last month thinking I ruined my vehicle by putting straight fuel. But don't worry, 4-strokes are designed specifically for normal petrol without any mixing. It is completely normal and much simpler than the old mixed-gas days.

Beta, in our times we used to mix 2T oil in Chetak scooters, but these modern 4-stroke engines are very different. Do not mix oil in the petrol at all. Just like we keep our food pure without unnecessary mixing for a clean stomach, keep your fuel clean and pure.

Arre yaar, absolutely not! 4-stroke engines take pure petrol directly. Actually, if you mix oil in the gas tank like the old 2-stroke scooters, you will ruin the engine. Just put normal petrol, normal engine oil goes in its own chamber separately.

I always believe in keeping things clean and unadulterated, whether it is my diet or my vehicle's fuel. A 4-stroke engine requires pure petrol, no mixing is needed. Mixing oil in it is like putting heavy butter in a light clear soup—it just isn't meant to be there.

My father always used to tell us to double-check our fuels, but our family mechanic and the doctor both have the same advice for maintenance: keep the basics pure. For 4-stroke, it is straight petrol only. There is no need for any premixing at all, so you can rest easy.
