Do you need chemotherapy for skin cancer?

My neighbour has developed some suspicious spots on her skin, and she's really scared it might be skin cancer. We are wondering about the treatment process. Is chemotherapy usually required for all kinds of skin cancer, or does it depend on the type?

I get so stressed even thinking about the word chemotherapy, but actually, skin cancer treatment is often much simpler. Many times it is just a small scrape or minor excision under local anesthesia. Try to breathe and wait for the doctor's report before stressing out.

Haan na, skin cancer sunkar sab darr jaate hain but most of the time chemo is not needed at all. Doctor log aaram se minor surgery ya local cream se thik kar dete hain. Tension mat lo, checkup karwa lo sab thik hoga.

In most early-stage skin cancers like BCC or SCC, we rarely see systemic chemotherapy being used. Usually, excision, Mohs surgery, or even topical creams do the trick perfectly. Just get a proper biopsy done so the oncologist can guide you on the exact path.

It mostly depends on the biopsy report and how deep the lesion is. For melanoma, sometimes advanced therapies are needed, but for other types, a quick outpatient surgery is all it takes. Get a clinical consult scheduled this week to save yourself the unnecessary worry.

Bro, chill, my dad had this weird spot removed from his nose last year and they just did a quick 30-minute laser thingy. No chemo, no heavy medicines at all. Don't read those scary articles online and just let a specialist handle it.
