Oh, I totally feel your pain. When I had a severe sinus infection, the low-grade fever and the heavy pressure behind my eyes made me feel so miserable and drained. It is completely exhausting, but please rest and take care of yourself.

Yes, a mild fever can happen when your sinus passages are severely blocked and infected. I always find that drinking warm vegetable soups and avoiding cold foods helps soothe the congestion. But if the fever stays high, please consult a doctor.

A low fever is pretty common with acute sinus infections. If you are balancing a busy work schedule, don't let it linger because the head pressure will ruin your productivity. Get a quick doctor's consult and some steam inhalation to clear it fast.

Yes, you can run a fever, especially if it is a bacterial sinus infection. When I had these symptoms, I went to a good ENT specialist who cleared up my doubts and prescribed the correct nasal sprays. I suggest you consult a doctor clearly.

I get so worried when I run a fever with head pressure, thinking it's something dangerous. But actually, sinus infections frequently cause a mild temperature as the immune system fights back. Try to do some warm steam inhalation and see a doctor if you feel too anxious.

Yes, a low-grade fever is very common with sinusitis. Doing warm saline nasal rinses twice a day can really help relieve the pressure.

I totally get it, sinus headaches are bad enough, and adding a fever to that just makes you want to stay in a dark room all day. Please rest up, drink plenty of warm water, and see a doctor if the fever doesn't go down in a couple of days.

Yes, a fever can happen when your body is fighting off sinus inflammation. When this happens to me, I skip my gym sessions entirely to let my immune system recover. Focus on hot fluids and resting up until the fever subsides.

I sometimes get a mild fever with sinus blockages, and I usually just stick to gentle walks in the fresh air if my body allows it. Keeping active can help clear the nasal passages, but please rest if you are running a temperature and consult a doctor.

While sinus infections can cause a low-grade fever, a very high fever could indicate a more severe bacterial infection or spread. For your safety, please consult an ENT specialist or your general physician for a proper examination of your sinus cavities.
