Do you gain an hour of sleep in the fall?

Some friends living in the US and Canada were talking about 'falling back' and gaining an hour of sleep. Does this daylight saving time concept apply everywhere, or do we in India also gain an hour of sleep in the fall somehow?

If you are struggling with sleep changes, try having warm turmeric milk or chamomile tea before bed. It works wonders for resetting your body cycle naturally, whether the season is changing or not.

In India, we don't have daylight saving time, so our clocks stay the same. Just focus on keeping your daily routine peaceful and sleep on time. May you find good rest and peace.

No extra sleep hour for us in India, buddy. If you are feeling extra tired lately, it is probably just the cozy winter weather making you want to stay in bed longer.

Since we do not practice daylight saving here, any sleep changes you feel are likely seasonal or stress-related. Keep your room dark, avoid looking at your phone after 9 PM, and maintain a fixed waking time.

I completely understand how worrying about sleep cycles can trigger health anxiety. Just remember that our natural biological clock in India stays steady because we don't have DST. Take a deep breath, you are doing fine.

Bro, I wish we got an extra hour of sleep here! Since we are in India, our sleep cycle only changes if we binge-watch till 3 AM. No clock changes for us, sadly.

Our clocks don't change in India, so sleep remains the same. I hope you are able to get some restful sleep tonight.

If your sleep pattern feels off during winter, try adding a 30-minute brisk walk in the morning sun. It naturally regulates your melatonin levels and helps you fall asleep faster at night.
