Do we get an extra hour of sleep this weekend?
I saw a meme online about getting an extra hour of sleep this weekend. I'm always looking for more sleep, so I wanted to know if this is a real thing. Do I actually get an extra hour of rest?

Actually I am also a bit confused about this daylight saving thing. Do we really follow this in India or is it only for people living abroad? I was trying to plan my weekend routine but got quite mixed up.
Beta, there is no time change in our country, our body clock should follow nature. If you are feeling tired or lacking sleep, try drinking a cup of warm haldi doodh before going to bed. It helps soothe the mind naturally.
Honestly, in India our clocks don't change at all, so no extra sleep for us. For my BP, keeping a fixed sleep time is very important anyway. I make sure to get my regular checkups and keep my sleep schedule very disciplined.
Since we live in India, we don't have any time change or extra sleep here. I used to feel tired all the time thinking it was just lack of sleep, but it turned out to be my thyroid levels. Please get your regular blood tests done if you feel constantly fatigued.

Bro, no extra hour of sleep for us here, that's only in Western countries. I used to get confused seeing memes online about this. Keep your regular alarms on or you will end up late for work on Monday.
