Do we gain an hour of sleep in november?

My cousin who lives abroad mentioned something about gaining an extra hour of sleep in November because of some time change. I was curious if this 'extra sleep' concept is something people experience here or if it's specific to certain countries?

Yes, in November, when the clocks go back, we do get an extra hour of sleep. To keep your system calm during seasonal changes, drinking warm milk with a pinch of turmeric before bed is a very traditional and safe remedy.

Yes, we gain an hour in November as daylight saving ends. The clocks 'fall back' so you get that extra hour in bed. It is a great time to catch up on rest and reset your sleep cycle.

While we do gain an hour of sleep, any sudden change in sleeping patterns can sometimes trigger migraines or mood shifts. I experienced severe headaches during seasonal clock changes, so please see a doctor if you feel unwell.

We gain an hour of sleep, but does anyone else feel like their body clock gets totally confused anyway? I find myself waking up too early for a few weeks after the November change. Is this common?
