Do warm showers help you sleep?

I've been having a tough time falling asleep lately, and I heard a warm shower before bed can help. Is this true, do warm showers help you sleep better?

A warm shower before bed is great, but if your sleeplessness is constant, please don't ignore it. I ignored my chronic insomnia for months thinking a bath would fix it, but it turned out to be high blood pressure. Get a routine health checkup done.

I always worry when I can't sleep, which makes me even more awake. Taking a warm shower about 90 minutes before bed really helps lower my body temperature and calms my racing mind. Definitely try it, it is a very safe way to relax.

Managing hormone imbalances often messes with my sleep cycle. I find that a warm shower helps relax my body, which is a nice drug-free way to unwind. If you are struggling with sleep consistently, keeping a doctor in the loop is always wise.

I totally get it, lying awake staring at the ceiling is so frustrating. A warm shower really does help relax those tight shoulder muscles and signals your brain that it is time to sleep. Give it a try tonight, hope you get some rest.

Oh, absolutely! A warm shower washes away all the day's stress and those endless overthinking thoughts about why your school friend un-followed you. Just don't stay in there so long that you fall asleep under the tap!
