Do vegetarians get less cancer?

Our family has always been vegetarian, and my mother often says it keeps us healthier. Does being vegetarian really offer protection against serious diseases, do vegetarians get less cancer?

Shakahari khana sharir ko thanda aur saaf rakhta hai, isse badi bimariyon ka khatra zaroor kam hota hai. Bas ghar ka taaza khana khao aur thoda saair kiya karo, sab badiya hoga.

I agree that a vegetarian diet is lighter on the system. Just make sure you are getting enough Vitamin B12 and protein through paneer and lentils.

A sattvik diet brings peace to the body and mind, which helps keep illnesses away. Pray daily, keep your thoughts positive, and nurture your body with nature's vegetarian blessings.

According to the clinical studies linked in my health tracker, a high-fiber vegetarian diet reduces colorectal cancer risk by about 10-15%. But don't forget to track your daily processed sugar intake too, as that plays a massive role.

Actually yaar, vegetarian hone se risk toh kam hota hai but agar hum roz vada pav aur junk khao toh kya fayda? It is all about clean eating, not just being veg or non-veg.

Even if statistics say vegetarians have slightly lower risk, you shouldn't rely on that blindly. If you have any family history of cancer, please get yearly health screenings done instead of relying on diet.
