Do tremors after stroke go away?

My father had a stroke a few months ago, and he developed tremors in his hand afterwards. The doctor said it might get better, but I'm anxious. Do tremors like these usually go away completely after a stroke, or are they often permanent?

Aap chinta mat kijiye. Mere padosi ko bhi stroke ke baad hath hilne ki bimari ho gayi thi, par dhire dhire physiotherapy aur samay par dawa lene se unka hath ab bilkul theek hai. Sab thik ho jayega.

I had a minor stroke last year and struggled with hand tremors for months. With continuous rehabilitation, exercises, and the neuro-medication my doctor prescribed, the tremors have completely vanished now. Have patience, recovery takes time.

Post-stroke tremors require careful evaluation by a neurologist, as they can sometimes indicate further nerve complications. Please make sure you are consulting your specialist regularly to adjust the treatment plan safely.

We tried many herbal pastes and warm oil massages for my uncle's post-stroke tremors, which helped keep his muscles relaxed. However, the real recovery came from daily physical therapy. Combine gentle exercises with regular doctor visits.

My dad had these tremors after his stroke. They didn't go away instantly, but after about six months of hardcore rehab and neuro meds, there was huge improvement. Just stick to the exercises and don't give up.

Hey, please don't stress too much. The brain has an amazing way of healing itself over time through neuroplasticity. With proper support and therapy, many people see their tremors reduce significantly.
