Actually, yes, they can if you take them blindly, yaar. Many gym supplements and random fat burners have heavy metals or chemicals that overload your liver. Never start anything without a proper doctor's prescription.

I just recovered from drug-induced liver injury caused by an Ayurvedic supplement that I thought was 'natural' and safe. Natural doesn't mean harmless. Please stop any self-prescribed herbs and get your liver checked by a proper physician.

I ended up with elevated liver enzymes last year because I was taking some unbranded protein and fat burners. My tip is to only buy certified brands and get a liver function test (LFT) done every six months. Always consult a specialist.

Ho na, people take so many multi-vitamins daily like they are candy. My doctor told me that excess vitamin A and iron can accumulate and damage the liver. We should be very careful with these self-medications.

I always prefer getting my nutrients from a clean, vegetarian diet like lentils, nuts, and green leafy vegetables. Taking high-dose synthetic supplements can definitely strain your liver. Always opt for natural food sources first.
