Do squats help erectile dysfunction?

My friend was telling me that doing squats regularly can help with certain health issues. I was wondering if they are good for something like erectile dysfunction also. I've been a bit worried about this lately, actually.

Exercises like squats definitely help in improving overall blood circulation, but ED can have many different medical reasons. Honestly, it is always safer to get it checked by a proper specialist first. Don't rely only on home workouts for this kind of issue.

Squats are free of cost and great for pelvic blood flow, so definitely start doing them daily. But if things don't improve in a month, plan your budget for a doctor consultation and basic blood tests. Government hospitals or local labs have very cheap packages for lipid profiles and hormone tests, so don't worry about high costs.

I have also been trying to do heavy squats to see if it fixes my stamina and blood flow issues. Did anyone else actually see a real difference after starting leg workouts? I feel so anxious thinking if this is just a temporary thing or if I need serious treatment.

Leg day actually helps a lot with blood flow, yaar. But don't expect squats to magically cure everything if there's high stress or sleep issues. Better to manage your work stress and do these exercises side-by-side.

Squats boost pelvic strength and natural testosterone, which absolutely helps with blood flow down there. Combine your squats with some good cardio and a clean diet low in processed foods. Just keep the consistency, brother, it takes a few weeks to show results.

Yes beta, squats and Kegel exercises improve blood circulation to the pelvic region quite well. Do them gently every morning, but remember to keep a check on your sugar levels and blood pressure too. Small daily changes in lifestyle will bring back your health slowly.

Along with squats, you must pay attention to your daily diet. Eating clean, fiber-rich vegetarian food like beetroot, nuts, and green leafy veggies helps immensely with nitric oxide production for blood flow. Avoid deep-fried items as they clog the arteries and make these exercises less effective.

I tried self-treating with heavy leg exercises and random herbal pills for months, but my condition actually worsened because of undiagnosed nerve compression. Please do not delay seeing an urologist. Exercise is good, but a proper diagnosis is the most important thing.
