Do sleep masks work?
Mera roommate bolta hai ki uski neend sleep mask lagane se bahut achhi aati hai. Main bhi try karne ka soch raha hoon, par kya sleep masks sach mein kaam karte hain?

Bro, sleep masks are a lifesaver in hostel rooms when your roommate keeps the lights on till 3 AM. Just buy a soft padded one, it literally blocks everything and helps you sleep in seconds. Best investment for students, honestly.
They block the light well, but does anyone else feel super suffocated wearing them? I get anxious thinking my skin can't breathe or that I'll miss an emergency because my eyes are covered. Let me know if you guys also feel this pressure.

I used sleep masks for a year to block light because I was having severe headaches and couldn't sleep. It turned out I had high blood pressure, not a sleep light issue. Please get a proper health checkup if you are suddenly finding it hard to sleep naturally.
