Do power lines cause cancer?

Our new apartment building is quite close to some very high-tension power lines. My wife is very concerned about our health and keeps reading things online. Is there any evidence that living near power lines can cause cancer?

Honestly, I worry more about the low battery on my phone than power lines causing cancer. Scientific studies say the electromagnetic field from power lines is too weak to damage DNA. Sleep deprivation is probably a bigger risk for my health right now!

As a nurse, I can tell you there is no strong clinical evidence linking power lines to cancer. The radiation they emit is extremely low-frequency and non-ionizing, which means it cannot alter your cells. You are perfectly safe living near them.

I completely understand your fear because when we moved near a major power grid, I couldn't sleep for weeks out of pure anxiety. It is so hard to live with that constant worry. But after talking to experts and reading multiple health reports, I found peace knowing there is no proven connection.

Instead of worrying about outside things, we should focus on keeping our immunity strong with fresh tulsi tea, good sleep, and home-cooked food. However, if you are experiencing severe headaches, dizziness, or constant fatigue, please don't ignore it and consult a doctor to find the real cause.

I have to monitor my lifestyle very closely to manage my sugar levels, and stress is a big factor that spikes my glucose. Don't let these unproven rumors about power lines stress you out. Focus on daily exercise, a clean diet, and regular checkups instead.
