Do pistachios help you sleep?

I've been having trouble sleeping lately, and someone suggested eating pistachios in the evening. I'm trying natural remedies before resorting to anything else. Is it true that pistachios can actually help improve sleep quality?

Actually, yes! I track my sleep on my smartwatch, and eating a handful of pistas after dinner actually improved my deep sleep scores. They contain melatonin and magnesium, which naturally help relax your body.

They might help slightly, but if you have chronic insomnia, please don't rely on nuts. I tried treating my sleep issues with home remedies and it made my anxiety worse. Go see a sleep specialist or general physician.

I was reading that they are packed with melatonin, which is amazing for sleep. But then I worried if eating them too close to bedtime would cause acidity. I think eating them 1-2 hours before sleeping is the safest way.

I heard about this recently and wanted to try it, but does eating nuts at night make anyone else feel heavy or bloated? I want to improve my sleep quality but I am thoda worried about digestion issues.

My son used to struggle with sleep before exams, so I started giving him 5-6 pistachios with warm milk at night. It really helped calm his mind. It is a very healthy and safe option for kids and adults alike.
