Do phones cause cancer?

I spend so much time on my phone for work and entertainment. I've heard some things about phones causing cancer. Is there any truth to this, or is it just a scare story?

We often worry about invisible waves but ignore actual physical changes in our body. I used to ignore a small lump thinking it was nothing, which was a huge mistake. If you have any unusual physical symptoms, please go to a doctor instead of worrying about phone radiation.

There is no proof that phones cause serious diseases, but they definitely cause eye strain and headaches if used too much. I always tell my kids to keep the phone away while sleeping and put a drop of pure almond oil in their nostrils to keep the mind calm.

I get very scared because my dad keeps his phone under his pillow while sleeping every night. Is there any actual danger in doing that, or is it just a rumor? Please let me know how to convince him to keep it away.

I agree with others that there is no proven link to cancer. Using a wired hands-free earphone for long calls is a simple way to stay completely safe and comfortable.

Bro, if phones caused cancer, my entire college batch would be in trouble because we are literally glued to our screens 24/7. Scientific studies say the radiation is non-ionizing, so it doesn't damage DNA. Just don't use it late at night, it ruins your sleep.
