Do peptides cause cancer?

Thinking about starting peptide supplements for my skin and muscles, I heard from a friend that they might have links to cancer. Is this something I should be worried about before taking them?

Honestly, at this point, my 3 AM Google searches make me feel like everything causes cancer. But seriously, natural peptides in food are completely fine, just don't go taking random synthetic peptide supplements without a doctor's prescription.

There is no scientific evidence that naturally occurring peptides in your diet cause cancer. However, if you are planning to take performance-enhancing peptide injections, please consult an endocrinologist first because unregulated supplements carry real health risks.

Peptides are just small proteins found naturally in milk, eggs, and grains, which are very safe and good for health. Stick to natural foods and avoid artificial powders unless a doctor has advised them for a medical reason.

I always try to get my nutrition from almonds, lentils, and curd instead of running after expensive chemical supplements. Natural sources are always safer and don't carry the scary risks of artificial products.

Don't worry, natural peptides are just protein building blocks and are completely safe. Just avoid self-medicating with bodybuilding supplements.
