Do people sleep naked?

Saw something on the internet about people sleeping naked in other countries. It made me wonder, is this a common thing, even here in India? Do people actually sleep without clothes?

I was actually reading a health article about this recently! Apparently, it helps the body cool down faster, which can improve your deep sleep cycles. It is quite common in Western countries, though maybe not as much in traditional Indian households.

People do sleep in very light clothes or without them for comfort and body temperature regulation. Just be sure your room temperature is right, as catching a sudden chill can sometimes trigger muscle stiffness or joint pain. If you have chronic body aches, don't ignore them like I did and see a doctor.

Some people do find it super comfortable, especially in our hot summer months! I personally prefer very light, loose cotton nighties as they let the skin breathe just as well without feeling uncomfortable.

I tried sleeping without heavy clothes during a particularly humid summer, and honestly, it felt very relaxing. It is a personal choice, and you should just do whatever makes you sleep most comfortably.

Yes, some people do. Along with whatever clothing makes you feel comfortable, make sure you don't eat a heavy meal right before sleeping, as proper digestion is the key to actual deep, restful sleep.

My sleep tracker app consistently shows better sleep quality scores when my bedroom temperature is cooler. Sleeping in minimal clothing is a great, natural way to lower your body's core temperature and get more restorative deep sleep.

Yes, many people do sleep naked. From a health perspective, it helps prevent bacterial or yeast infections in sensitive areas because it keeps those parts dry and ventilated. Just ensure you wash your bedsheets regularly if you choose to do so.

I have heard that it is good for health, but I would feel too anxious about sudden emergencies or guests in the house. Does anyone else feel too conscious or nervous to try it?
