Do magnets help arthritis?

My knees ache quite a lot due to arthritis, especially during winter. My neighbor suggested using magnetic bracelets or pads. Do magnets really help with arthritis pain, or is it just a traditional remedy with no real effect?

My knees hurt so bad at 3 AM that I would gladly stick refrigerator magnets on them if it actually worked! Honestly, there's no real science behind it from what I've read. Better to stick to the painkillers prescribed by the doctor.

Our elders always believed in natural energies, but for joint pain, staying positive and doing daily prayers helps keep the mind calm. Take good care of your health, keep your diet clean, and let the medical doctors guide you with the proper treatment.

Hello everyone, my mother has severe knee pain and someone suggested magnetic knee bands to her. I am a bit hesitant to buy them. Does anyone here have real experience using them, or is it just a waste of money?

Let's be real, magnetic therapy for arthritis is pure pseudoscience and has no clinical backing. Don't waste your time or money on these gimmick bands. Take her to a proper orthopedic specialist and get an X-ray done instead.

Haan na, even I think these magnetic bands are just fancy marketing. My neighbor tried them for a month but got no relief, ho na? It is much better to take proper orthopedic medicines and do daily physiotherapy.

In my experience, gentle joint rotations (Sukshma Vyayama) and keeping the body warm do far more for arthritis than any magnetic device. Our joints need active movement and blood circulation. Please try light yoga stretches after consulting your physician.

Hey there! I don't think magnets work for arthritis, but a warm mustard oil massage sure does wonders for joint pain. Try that out and keep smiling, it really helps with the healing process!

Managing diabetes has taught me to rely only on proven science for inflammatory issues like arthritis. High blood sugar can worsen joint pain, so focus on diet control rather than magnets. Please visit a general physician for a systematic treatment plan.
