Do liver support supplements work?

I've been under a lot of stress lately, and a friend recommended liver support supplements to help with overall well-being. Before I buy them, I wanted to know. Do liver support supplements truly work, or is it more of a placebo effect?

In my journey, I have found that gentle Kapalbhati and a simple lifestyle do wonders for liver health. These bottled supplements are often full of artificial preservatives. Try to rely on clean habits, light meals, and daily pranayama instead of pills.

While some ingredients like milk thistle have limited positive studies, most over-the-counter liver supplements are not medically regulated. Relying on them without knowing your actual liver health can be risky. It is always best to consult a gastroenterologist and get proper blood tests done.

At 50, my body has more complaints than a neighborhood aunty, and everyone keeps suggesting these liver supplements. Honestly, the only thing these supplements clean out is your bank account. Just drink your water, eat your lauki-tinda, and save your money!

Please do not trust these supplements to fix your liver issues. I kept taking random 'liver support' syrups instead of seeing a doctor when I had constant indigestion, and my fatty liver condition worsened. Go get a proper clinical checkup before trying these.

I totally get it, you just want to do everything possible to keep your body healthy and safe. But honestly, these supplements can sometimes do more harm than good by overloading your system. Don't worry too much, just eat simple home food and talk to a doctor.
