Do liver enzymes return to normal?

My recent health checkup showed elevated liver enzymes, and I'm quite worried. The doctor gave me some lifestyle advice. Will my liver enzyme levels eventually return to normal if I follow the suggestions, or is it a long-term problem?

They absolutely do! I had a high SGPT count during a routine checkup last year and panicked so much. But once I cut down on processed foods and stayed hydrated, my levels were completely back to normal in about six weeks.

Yes, they recover well. It is mostly about giving your liver a break from heavy fats and processed stuff. Just focus on a clean diet, drink plenty of water, and stay active with some light exercise daily. Consistency is key here.

Bilkul normal ho jate hain. Avoid outside street food for a month, start eating home-cooked dal-chawal, and limit your tea/coffee intake. You don't need expensive medicines; just simple lifestyle changes will save your money and health.

My grandmother used to suggest drinking buttermilk with curry leaves to cool the body down, which is very soothing. However, for liver health, I highly recommend consulting your doctor. Following their medical advice and taking prescribed tests is the safest way to bring the enzymes back to normal.

I have seen many such ups and downs in my life, beta. Don't worry at all, the body knows how to correct itself when we treat it kindly. Just stay away from heavy, oily food, rest well, and follow whatever your doctor advises.

Yes, with the right vegetarian diet, you can easily reverse elevated liver enzymes. Try to include fiber-rich foods like oats, leafy greens, and apples while cutting down on refined sugars completely. What we eat plays the biggest role in liver recovery.

I completely understand how scary it feels to see those high numbers on your blood test report, I lost sleep over it. But trust me, the liver has amazing self-healing powers. Once you make a few simple lifestyle adjustments, the levels come down beautifully.

They definitely go back to normal, but you have to be patient as it takes at least 4 to 8 weeks. In my case, my doctor advised me to stop all unnecessary painkillers and heavy supplements first. Keep repeating your LFT every month to monitor the downward trend.
