Do liver enzymes fluctuate?

I recently had a blood test and my liver enzyme levels were slightly high. The doctor said not to worry too much and that they can fluctuate. Is it common for liver enzyme levels to go up and down sometimes?

Yes, liver enzymes can definitely fluctuate depending on your diet, alcohol intake, or even heavy workouts. If your doctor says it is okay, try adding some moderate cardio or daily brisk walks of 30-45 minutes. Regular physical activity really helps in keeping these levels stable over time.

My cousin had this issue during exams because of bad sleep and eating junk all the time. His SGPT levels went up but came down once he started sleeping properly and eating normal food. So yeah, they do go up and down pretty easily.

Haan beta, ye upar niche hota rehta hai, chinta mat karo. Sahi samay par khana khao aur thoda dhyan rakho. Doctor babu se milkar ek baar unki salah le lo, sab theek ho jayega bhagwan ki kripa se.

Yes, they do fluctuate quite often and it is usually nothing to panic about. Just take care of your health, eat simple food, and let your doctor guide you. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

I was actually reading a few medical journals about this recently. Apparently, even a simple viral fever or some regular painkillers can cause a temporary spike in SGOT and SGPT. It is quite common, but it's always best to get a doctor's opinion to find the exact reason.
