Do liver detoxifiers work?

I keep seeing advertisements for various 'liver detoxifiers' and I'm not sure if they are legitimate. Are these products really effective? My grandmother thinks they are a scam.

Bro, if liver detoxifiers actually worked, our party scene in India would be on another level entirely! Trust me, the only thing they detox is your wallet. Just drink your water and let your poor liver do its job in peace.

Honestly, even my hostel roommates were talking about this last week after a heavy outing. But our biology professor literally told us that these commercial detox drinks are useless. Save your pocket money and just eat fruits instead.

With my thyroid issues, I have learned that random supplements can totally mess up our hormone levels and liver markers. It is always better to get a regular blood test done and consult your doctor. Don't take any detoxifier without getting your actual levels checked first.

Please don't ignore any persistent digestive issues by trying these over-the-counter detoxifiers. I kept self-medicating with home remedies and generic pills for months until my liver issues got quite severe. Go to a proper clinic and get a physical checkup done before it is too late.

At my age, I have realized that the body does not need expensive bottles of medicine to clean itself. Just standard home food, limiting oil, and regular walks will keep your liver perfectly healthy. No need to worry or spend money on these modern trends.

Haan na, even I feel these fancy detox bottles are just for show. Standard ghar ka khana is the best for our stomach and liver. Why unnecessarily burden our body with processed tablets, ho na?

Listen, don't stress yourself out reading all these health articles online. Your body is very resilient and knows how to take care of itself. Just sleep well, eat fresh food, and stay away from these shortcut supplements. You are going to be completely fine.

I get so anxious whenever my digestion feels off, and I constantly search for remedies like these detoxifiers. But I always worry if they will react badly with my other vitamins. It's probably best not to risk it and let a doctor guide us through a proper medical test.

When I went to Apollo for my annual health checkup, I asked my physician about these liver detox supplements. He clearly told me that they can cause liver damage rather than curing it. Please consult a qualified specialist before consuming any such products.

I was diagnosed with fatty liver last year and almost bought some expensive detox juices online. My doctor stopped me and just put me on a strict low-carb diet and daily cardio. My liver levels are completely back to normal now without any of those detoxifiers.

Drinking warm water with a little amla juice or taking a bit of turmeric daily is a much safer, natural way to support your system. But if you have actual pain in the right side of your stomach or extreme fatigue, don't rely on these tips. See a proper doctor immediately.
