Do liver detox supplements work?
I've been feeling a bit sluggish lately, and someone at the gym suggested liver detox supplements. Before I spend money, I wanted to ask. Do these detox supplements actually help, or are they just a waste of time?

Honestly, don't waste your money on these fancy Instagram ads. Most of these liver detox pills have no scientific backing and can actually put more load on your liver. It is always better to get a proper LFT done and ask a real doctor before swallowing random capsules.
I really feel clean eating does more for the liver than any processed supplement can ever do. Including things like beetroot, garlic, and fresh green veggies in your daily meals is much safer. Be very careful with what pills you take because many of them contain hidden preservatives.
Beta, our body already has an amazing filter which is the liver itself, so we don't need external detoxifiers. Just focus on a simple lifestyle with less oil and walk for 30 minutes daily. If you are having actual digestion issues, go get a checkup instead of self-treating at home.
They don't really work, bro. Better to just drink enough water and avoid fried food.
