Do liver cleanses work?

My friend told me to try a liver cleanse for better energy and skin. I'm not sure what to believe with all the information out there. Do liver cleanses actually work, or are they just a fad?

Honestly, they don't do anything special. The liver detoxifies itself naturally. Instead of spending on these products, doing 30 minutes of daily cardio and drinking plenty of water is the best way to keep your metabolic health and liver in top shape.

There is no clinical evidence to support the efficacy of commercial liver cleanses. In fact, some herbal formulations can lead to acute liver injury. If you have concerns about fatty liver or elevated enzymes, a proper medical checkup and doctor's advice is the safest route.

Don't fall for these modern packaged cleanses, children. Traditional home practices like eating fresh amla, radish, and drinking warm water daily are more than enough to support your digestion. But if you have actual jaundice or liver pain, please go to a doctor immediately.

Haan, these brands claim a lot of things but actually they are just fancy laxatives na. They make you go to the washroom multiple times, which makes you feel light, but liver health par koi permanent difference nahi padta. Better to stick to simple ghar ka khana.

I tried a 7-day liver cleanse kit last year because I felt bloated all the time. It only caused severe stomach cramps and diarrhea without making me feel any better. My doctor later told me my liver is perfectly fine and I just needed to cut down on fried food.

My experience has taught me that true detoxification comes from within. Deep breathing exercises like Kapalbhati and a pure, satvik diet do wonders for internal organs. There is no need to put processed powders or cleanse pills into your delicate system.

I know how stressful it is when you feel heavy or worried about your health and want a quick fix. But please don't fall for these liver cleanses; they can upset your stomach and cause dehydration. Just taking a few deep breaths, drinking water, and eating light will help you feel much better.
