Do liver cleanse pills work?

I've seen so many ads online for liver cleanse pills, promising to detox your system. I drink alcohol occasionally and feel like I should 'cleanse' my liver. Do these pills actually do anything useful, ya just waste of money?

I completely understand why you are looking into this, as we all want a quick way to clean our system and feel healthy. But please be careful, as many of these detox pills are just marketing gimmicks that can upset your stomach. Your liver actually detoxifies itself naturally.

Agreed, they do not work and are mostly a waste of money. Just drink plenty of water and eat fresh fruits to help your body detox naturally.

Honestly, I used to fall for these liver detox ads because of my thyroid-induced sluggishness. But my endocrinologist warned me that these pills are unregulated and can sometimes stress the liver more. It is far better to get regular LFT tests and let your doctor guide you.

The body is a beautiful temple that knows how to heal and cleanse itself with pure water and simple food. These commercial pills are unnecessary and filled with chemicals. Keep a positive mind, eat home-cooked khichdi, and trust your body's natural strength.

Man, if these pills actually worked, I would have popped them daily to survive my midnight caffeine runs and oily office snacks. Honestly, they just make you poop more and drain your wallet. Better to just sleep on time and give your liver some real rest.

I tried a popular liver detox pack for a month after a phase of heavy partying. Honestly, it did absolutely nothing except give me mild diarrhea. Save your money, drink lots of water, and cut down on alcohol and oily food instead.
