The pain I'm experiencing in my back and abdomen feels very crampy, similar to menstrual cramps, but much more intense. My doctor suspects it could be a kidney stone. Can kidney stones cause these kinds of cramping pains?

Haan yaar, kidney stones ka pain bilkul sudden cramps jaisa hi hota hai, extreme side kidney area me. Sometime it goes down to the groin area also. Paani daba ke piyo aur ek baar doctor se checkup karwa lo, self-medicate mat karna na.
