Do kidney beans have protein?

I'm a vegetarian and trying to get enough protein for my gym routine. Everyone suggests paneer and dal, but I also enjoy kidney beans. Do kidney beans actually have a good amount of protein that can contribute to my daily needs?

Bro they definitely do. I eat rajma almost three times a week for my protein intake since I'm vegetarian. One cup gives around 15 grams of protein, which is pretty solid for a veg source.

They really do! As a vegetarian, rajma is my go-to protein food. I usually pair it with rice or make a nice kidney bean salad with cucumbers and tomatoes for a lighter, high-protein lunch.

They are a wonderful natural source of protein for the family. We always cook them with ginger and hing to make them easy to digest. But if you have severe weakness or muscle loss, please consult a proper doctor instead of just changing your food.

I used to worry that I wasn't getting enough protein on a vegetarian diet and was stressing about buying expensive supplements. Then my dietician explained that basic foods like rajma have plenty of protein. It was such a relief.

Rajma is a traditional power food, full of protein. In our times, we ate it for strength. Just ensure you soak them for at least 8 to 10 hours before boiling so your stomach doesn't feel heavy.

Yes, they have decent protein. If you are short on time like me, just boil a big batch on Sunday, freeze it, and use it through the week in wraps or salads. It's a lifesaver when you don't have time to cook from scratch daily.

Yes, kidney beans contain substantial plant-based protein. However, they lack some essential amino acids, so pairing them with rice or wheat makes it a complete protein source. For exact dietary requirements, speaking with a nutritionist is highly recommended.

Buying protein powders can get really expensive for a middle-class budget. Kidney beans are a super cheap and highly effective way to get your daily protein. You can spend that saved money on regular health checkups instead.

Having been on a high-protein diet for muscle recovery, I can tell you rajma works wonders. My tip is to blend some boiled rajma into soups or make tikkis if you get bored of the standard curry. It keeps things interesting and healthy.

They are a fantastic vegetarian protein source. I often combine them with a regular workout routine to help with muscle recovery. Just track your macro intake to make sure you're hitting your daily targets.
