Do kegels help erectile dysfunction?

I've been dealing with some erectile dysfunction issues recently, and it's quite distressing. My friend mentioned that Kegel exercises might help improve the situation. Is there any truth to this claim, doc?

Yes, Kegel exercises cost absolutely nothing and can strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. Try doing them daily for 3 months before spending money on expensive supplements or clinical therapies.

I faced this issue due to high stress and a weak pelvic floor. Doing daily Kegels along with pelvic bridge exercises significantly improved my blood flow and performance within two months.

In our tradition, this is similar to 'Mula Bandha'. Practicing it gently along with Ashwini Mudra help stimulate blood circulation to the pelvic region and builds natural strength.

I was very anxious about this and searched everywhere. Kegels do help, but please don't overdo them as tensing the muscles too much can sometimes cause pelvic pain.

They definitely help, but you must do them correctly. Make sure you are contracting your pelvic floor muscles, not your stomach or glutes, and hold each squeeze for 5 seconds.

They actually work wonders yaar! Kegels strengthen the muscles that control blood flow down there. Just do them consistently for a few weeks and you'll see a solid difference.
