Do i need a filling if i have no pain?

I went for a routine dental check-up last week and the dentist said I have a small cavity, but I don't feel any pain or discomfort at all. Is it really necessary to get a filling done if there's no pain? I'm a bit hesitant.

Don't stress too much about it, but yes, cavities often don't hurt until they reach the deep root. Better to get it filled now before the real pain starts!

Haan, empty cavity block karna zaroori hai na. If food keeps getting stuck, it will decay the tooth further and cause severe pain later.

At my dental checkup last month, my dentist showed me a tiny cavity on the X-ray that had no pain. It is much easier and cheaper to fix it early.

Please go to a local dentist and get it checked. Even if it is not hurting today, a small hole can become a big problem later.

My dental tracker app showed that early intervention saves you from root canal procedures. Get that filling done, it takes barely fifteen minutes.

Just like we monitor blood pressure regularly before symptoms show up, we must fix cavities before they start hurting. Early care is always best.
