Do edibles hurt your liver?

I've recently started consuming edibles occasionally, and I'm trying to be responsible about my health. One of my main concerns is my liver. Do edibles hurt your liver, and what precautions should one take?

Generally, occasional use is fine, but they won't help if you want peak liver performance. Keeping up with your hydration, daily walking, and a diet rich in antioxidants is key to keeping your liver healthy.

Any external substance has to go through the liver, so regular consumption can cause burden. I always prefer drinking warm lemon water and eating light home-cooked meals. If you feel yellow eyes or severe tiredness, please consult a doctor immediately.

Don't worry too much! Occasional use is absolutely fine and won't hurt a healthy liver. Just balance it with a good diet and stay happy.

Medical research indicates that while casual consumption is safe, chronic high-dose usage can lead to elevated liver enzymes. My doctor advised that anyone with pre-existing hepatitis or fatty liver should stay far away from them.

Unless you are eating them like daily chapatis, your liver is not going to protest! Just don't go crazy with the dosages and you will be absolutely fine.
