Do edibles help you sleep?

I've been having trouble sleeping lately, tossing and turning most nights. A friend suggested trying edibles to relax and fall asleep faster. Do edibles really help you sleep, or is it just a temporary fix?

I used to panic when I couldn't fall asleep without them after a vacation where I tried them. But within a week, my natural sleep cycle went back to normal. They do help, but use them occasionally.

Haan na, sleep ke liye toh log bohot use karte hain. It actually relaxes your mind and body quite well. Bas daily habit mat banana, varna normal neend aana mushkil ho jayega.

I am thinking of trying them for my insomnia, but I'm scared I will get addicted or won't be able to sleep naturally at all. Did anyone else face this issue or feel anxious about trying them?

They can help you relax, but if you have high blood pressure, sleep issues should be discussed with a doctor first. Good sleep is crucial for heart health, so focus on meditation and regular medical checkups.

Actually yaar, they make you super drowsy and you sleep like a baby. But the next morning you might feel thoda heavy or lazy. So take a very small bite if you are trying it for sleep.

At my age, a quiet house and a switched-off phone are the best sleeping pills! They might help you sleep, but don't rely on them. A warm cup of milk and avoiding news channels after 9 PM works much better.

Haan bhai, neend toh mast aati hai insey. Mind ekdum shaant ho jata hai na. Bas dhyan rakhna ki dinner ke thodi der baad hi lena kyunki asar aane me time lagta hai.

They definitely help with insomnia! I used them during a very stressful exam week. Just be careful with the timing, as they take about an hour or two to start working.
