Do e cigarettes cause lung cancer?

I switched to e-cigarettes from regular ones a few years back, thinking they were a safer alternative. Now I'm hearing mixed messages. Do e-cigarettes cause lung cancer like traditional cigarettes?

Don't believe people who say vaping is harmless. It contains toxic chemicals and nicotine that damage lung tissue. You should consult a pulmonologist for factual medical evidence on this rather than reading forums.

I totally get it, trying to switch from regular smoking can be so confusing with all the conflicting info. But honestly, vaping still introduces harmful chemicals into your lungs. It is best to avoid both to keep your lungs healthy.

I prefer satisfying my cravings with delicious street food rather than chemical vapors! Vaping contains carcinogens that can damage your lungs over time, so skipping it is definitely the smarter choice.

My college-going daughter was influenced by her peers to try vaping. I had to sit her down and explain that these chemicals are just as dangerous for growing lungs. We must protect our children from these marketing traps.

When we visited the chest specialist at Apollo, he strictly warned against e-cigarettes. He said they cause severe lung inflammation and increase long-term cancer risks. Please consult a proper doctor for advice.

Dekho, dhuaan chahay sadha ho ya electric, phephadon ke liye zeher hi hai. Yeh sab fancy vaping ke chakkar mein mat pado. Apni sehat kharab mat karo.

Bro, don't stress too much, but honestly, e-cigarettes are not safe either. They still have nasty chemicals that can harm your lungs. If you are trying to quit, maybe try nicotine gums instead.

Actually yaar, people think vaping is cool and safe, but it's really not. The aerosol has heavy metals and chemicals that can lead to major lung issues. Better to stay away from it.

Bhai, yeh sab naye zamane ke dhuen wale khilaune bohot nuksan pahunchate hain. Hamare gaon mein bhi log kehte hain ki phephade kharab ho jate hain. Isse door hi raho toh accha hai.

I completely understand the anxiety around this, especially with so much conflicting news online. But chemical inhalation is definitely a risk factor. Taking care of your lungs now will give you immense peace of mind later.

The scientific consensus is that e-cigarettes contain toxic substances linked to lung diseases, including cancer. While marketed as safer, they are not risk-free. Consulting a physician is the best path to quit smoking.
