Do copper bracelets work for arthritis?

My joints have been giving me a lot of trouble lately due to arthritis. Someone at the temple suggested wearing a copper bracelet, saying it helps with the pain. Do copper bracelets actually work for arthritis?

I tried copper bracelets but they did nothing for my joint pain, which was actually being caused by my thyroid levels. Please get your proper blood tests done and follow up with a doctor instead of relying on these.

There is no clinical evidence that copper gets absorbed through the skin to help joints. Please consult a rheumatologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan to prevent joint damage.

Haan, log pehnte toh hain par mujhe toh koi farak nahi dikha na. Doctor se proper calcium aur vitamin checkup karwana hi sabse best solution hai.

Honestly, keeping your joints mobile with low-impact strength training and eating clean is what actually works. A copper bracelet is just a mental satisfaction thing, it won't rebuild your joint strength.

Instead of copper rings, focus on anti-inflammatory vegetarian foods like turmeric, ginger, and green leafy vegetables. These natural foods help reduce internal swelling much better.

My son had juvenile joint aches and someone suggested these bracelets, but they did not help at all. Proper medical advice, a good diet, and mild physiotherapist-approved exercises are what made him recover.
