Do cavities cause toothaches?

I've been having a constant dull ache in one of my teeth for the past few days, sometimes it gets sharper. I'm thinking it might be a cavity, but I wanted to confirm if cavities are actually the main reason for toothaches.

Yes, when the decay deepens, it disturbs the natural balance and causes toothaches. While deep breathing and mindfulness can help us manage the stress of pain, the physical tooth still requires proper medical care to heal.

Oh, absolutely. I literally just got a molar filled yesterday because of a nagging toothache that wouldn't let me chew. The ache stopped completely the moment the dentist cleaned out the decay.

They definitely do. Having PCOS makes me extra cautious about inflammation in my body, so I don't take any toothaches lightly. It is always safer to consult your dentist instead of guessing.

A toothache is a clear signal from your body that something is wrong. Delaying treatment can lead to worse infections or even root canals. Please visit a dental clinic to get a proper diagnosis.

Haan na, a cavity is the main reason behind those annoying toothaches. It starts hurting especially when sweet or cold food touches it. Get it filled before it turns into a big headache.

Does the toothache also make your jaw feel tight? Mine has been aching for two days and I'm honestly so worried about going to the dentist. Did anyone else experience jaw pain along with it?
