Do cannabinoids kill cancer cells?

I've been reading a lot about natural remedies and alternative treatments for health, and recently saw some articles online about cannabinoids. They say it can kill cancer cells; is this actually true, or just a myth?

While some lab studies on cells show interesting results, we cannot rely on cannabinoids to kill cancer in the human body. Just like a clean vegetarian diet supports health but doesn't cure diseases, cannabinoids are only supportive, not a main cure.

Actually, some studies in lab dishes show they might slow down cells, but in real life, it doesn't work like a miracle cure, yaar. Don't fall for these online viral videos and skip actual chemo. It is only good for pain relief.

When my child was undergoing therapy, we looked into every possible supportive care option. The doctors made it clear that while CBD helps with nausea and appetite, it does not destroy cancer cells. Stick to the medical team's protocol.

Managing my thyroid taught me that there are no shortcuts to proper medicine and regular diagnostic tests. Cannabinoids might help with pain management, but they cannot replace standard medical treatments. Keep checking in with your oncologist.

In laboratory Petri dishes, they have shown some cell-destroying properties, but this has not translated into curing human patients. Use them only for symptomatic relief under professional guidance, never as a replacement for chemotherapy.

I know we all want to find natural ways to fight serious illnesses, but cannabinoids are not a cure. They are wonderful for relieving pain and making a patient feel better, but please ensure they are getting proper medical treatment.

Totally agree with others. Cannabinoids only help with pain and chemo side effects, they do not kill the actual cancer cells.
