Do buldak noodles cause cancer?
My friends and I eat a lot of Buldak noodles, but recently someone joked about them causing cancer. I know they're not the healthiest, but do Buldak noodles actually cause cancer? I want to know if I should cut down.

I dont know about cancer, but as someone managing diabetes, I stay far away from such instant noodles. They are loaded with refined flour and sodium which spike blood sugar instantly. Always check the ingredient list before eating packaged foods.
My kids love these spicy noodles, but the amount of spice in them looks like it will burn the stomach lining, let alone cause anything else! Eating them once in a blue moon is fine, but everyday consumption is definitely asking for trouble with your digestion.
These modern packed foods have too many preservatives and chemicals in them, beta. I always tell my grandchildren to eat fresh home-cooked meals instead. If you do eat something so spicy, drink some fresh buttermilk or curd afterwards to cool down your stomach.
What we put in our body should bring us peace and energy, not anxiety. Do not fill your mind with fear about such illnesses over a packet of noodles. Just listen to your body, eat wholesome foods, and keep a positive state of mind.
Bro, if Buldak caused cancer, half of my hostel would be in trouble by now. It is just super spicy and has zero nutritional value, but it is great for midnight study sessions. Just dont eat it daily and you should be fine.
Actually I was reading up on this recently because I love spicy ramen. There is no scientific study linking Buldak noodles directly to cancer. The concern is usually about the preservatives and high salt content, which is common in all instant noodles.
Calm down, there is no direct proof that eating them occasionally causes cancer. Most of these internet rumors are just exaggerated to cause panic. Just dont make it a daily habit because the high sodium and spice levels are definitely not good for your gut.
I got so scared after reading some social media posts about this because I eat them almost every week. Does anyone else get bad stomach burns or acid reflux after eating these? I am thinking of stopping them completely just to be safe.
