Do brazil nuts help with thyroid function?

My friend who has thyroid issues started eating Brazil nuts regularly after hearing they are good for her. She claims they really help. Do Brazil nuts help with thyroid function, and how many should one eat?

Selenium in Brazil nuts does support thyroid health naturally. Combining one nut daily with regular pranayama like Ujjayi breath helped me feel much more balanced.

Actually, they have a lot of selenium, which is great for the thyroid, yaar. But don't eat too many of them, just one or two a day is more than enough.

Yes, they are like natural selenium boosters! Just one single nut a day can help keep your thyroid happy. Super easy to add to your daily diet.

My elders suggested various herbal remedies, but my endocrinologist said adding one Brazil nut to my daily diet is a safe way to get selenium. Always trust your doctor's lab reports over self-treatment.

I am so tired all the time because of my thyroid, I'd eat a whole bucket of Brazil nuts if they cured fatigue. Sadly, you can only eat one a day or you get selenium poisoning. Back to my coffee, I guess.

They are packed with selenium, which helps convert T4 to T3. But excess selenium is toxic, so treat them like a supplement and stick to just one daily. Combine it with a clean diet.
