Do apple watches cause cancer?

My son gifted me an Apple Watch, and I've been enjoying using it to track my steps and heart rate. However, a relative recently mentioned concerns about radiation from such devices. Do apple watches actually cause cancer, or is that just a baseless fear?

I totally get it, we see so many scary posts on WhatsApp and social media these days that we start worrying about everything. But you can be at peace because these smartwatches use non-ionizing radiation which is completely safe.

These modern gadgets keep emitting small signals, but they are not known to cause such diseases. However, to keep the mind and body peaceful, it is always good to take off all watches and phones before sleeping and wash your hands and feet.

Actually, there is no scientific proof of this at all, yaar. I have been wearing mine daily for four years and it's totally safe. Don't believe those random internet rumors.

No, they don't cause any such harm, don't worry. If you sometimes get a mild skin rash under the strap, just clean it regularly with some natural aloe vera gel and keep the skin dry.

Not at all. They only use Bluetooth and low-energy sensors to track heart rate and steps, which are completely harmless. Actually, tracking my daily activity on it has helped me stay much healthier and avoid lifestyle diseases.
