Do all men get erectile dysfunction with age?

As I'm getting older, I've started noticing some changes. I've heard many men struggle with erectile dysfunction as they age. Is it true that every man will eventually experience ED as part of the aging process?

I was reading some medical articles and it turns out age itself isn't the direct cause, though the risk increases. Many men in their 70s and 80s still maintain healthy function if they are active.

It is definitely not a guaranteed part of aging. While blood flow changes naturally, severe issues are usually linked to diabetes, smoking, or heart conditions, which can be managed.

Haan, risk toh badhta hai age ke saath, but sabko nahi hota na. It mostly depends on how well you maintain your blood pressure and sugar levels over the years.

Not at all. If you keep your cardiovascular health in top shape with daily brisk walking and jogging, you can easily maintain great physical health well into your senior years.

Maybe not all, but if we keep eating heavy paranthas with butter every day, our blood vessels might complain later! Balance your heavy meals with light walks to stay healthy as you age.
