Do all guys get prostate cancer?

My elder brother was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer, and it's got me thinking about my own health. Is it a certainty that all men will eventually develop prostate cancer as they get older, or is it not that common?

No, they don't, but the risk does increase as you grow older. I had a prostate issue that turned complicated because I delayed my tests, so please get regular PSA screenings once you cross 50.

Most men will only experience a benign enlargement of the prostate, not cancer. Keep your mind calm, live a peaceful life, and let nature take care of your body.

It is a very rare thing, so don't stress. Practicing pelvic yoga exercises and maintaining a clean, plant-based diet helps keep the prostate healthy as we age.

I am 73 now and most of my friends have normal prostate health or just simple urinary issues. Don't worry unnecessarily about cancer; just stay active and eat simple food.

While prostate cancer is one of the more common cancers in men, the vast majority of men will never develop it. It is best to consult a urologist for regular checkups once you hit 50 for peace of mind.

No, it is definitely not inevitable. Regular brisk walking, a diet rich in tomatoes and green tea, and avoiding smoking can play a big role in keeping your prostate healthy.

Only a small percentage of men get it, so don't worry. A basic PSA blood test is quite cheap in most labs, around 500-800 rupees, so it is worth getting done once a year for safety.
