Do all babies go through sleep regression?

My baby just turned 6 months old, and her sleep has suddenly gone haywire after sleeping so well initially. My sister-in-law said this is a 'sleep regression' and all babies go through it. Is it true that every baby experiences these sleep regressions?

Most babies do go through it, but some lucky parents barely notice any change.

My daughter had terrible 4-month and 8-month regressions. It is exhausting, but please remember it is just a phase of brain development and they will get back to normal soon.

Even with babies, routine is key. Making sure they get enough active playtime during the day helps them sleep better at night, though development phases will still disrupt it occasionally.

It hit us hard while managing office work. Best way is to take turns with your partner for night duties so both of you get at least 4-5 hours of continuous rest.

Almost all kids face it because their sleep cycles are maturing. Don't worry, just stick to a consistent bedtime routine and avoid creating new bad habits during this phase.
