Do air fryers cause cancer?

My wife bought an air fryer recently, and we've been using it a lot for snacks. Someone in my office was joking about how everything causes cancer these days, and even mentioned air fryers. Is there any actual scientific evidence that using an air fryer can be a health risk like causing cancer?

There is no scientific proof that air fryers cause cancer. In fact, they use less oil, which is generally healthier, but you should consult a nutritionist or doctor if you have specific dietary concerns.

I have been using one for three years now and my family is doing great. Just make sure you don't burn the food to a black crust, as charred food is what actually contains harmful compounds.

Honestly, everything seems to cause cancer these days according to WhatsApp. Air fryers just use hot air circulation, so unless you are frying plastic, you should be completely fine.

People focus too much on these machine rumors while ignoring actual symptoms in their body. If you feel unwell or have persistent digestive issues, go see a doctor instead of worrying about the fryer.

I totally get it, when you buy a new kitchen gadget you start overthinking all the safety aspects. But rest assured, air fryers are perfectly safe for regular cooking.

Don't worry, it is just a modern convection oven in a small size. For safety, just make sure you clean it thoroughly after every use so old oil residue doesn't burn repeatedly.

When I visited my nutritionist at Apollo last month, she recommended air frying over deep frying. But you can always ask your own doctor if you have specific health conditions.

I use it to make healthy snacks since I have thyroid issues and need to watch my weight. Just focus on balanced eating and getting your regular thyroid tests done.

Eat with a happy and grateful heart, that is most important. The technology of heating food with air is quite natural, so do not let fear disturb your peace.

I cook my chicken breasts in it every single day. It's super safe, bro. Much better than eating deep-fried junk from outside.

I got so scared reading about acrylamides in starchy foods cooked at high heat. I still use my air fryer but now I cook at lower temperatures just to peace out my anxious mind.

My hostel roommate and I literally survive on air-fried french fries. It’s just a fan blowing hot air, nothing radioactive happening inside, chill.

Cooking with minimal oil is always better for the body's life force. Just ensure you use high-quality stainless steel or glass utensils instead of cheap non-stick coatings that might degrade over time.
