Did we lose an hour of sleep?

Ugh, feeling so tired today. Did we lose an hour of sleep because of the time change? My body clock is completely messed up.

Losing an hour of sleep is terrible, but honestly, I lose more sleep thinking about what to eat for midnight snacks! If you did lose an hour due to daylight savings abroad, grab a nice heavy breakfast to make up for it.

I lose hours of sleep every single day thanks to my phone, so one hour on the clock doesn't even make a difference to me anymore! If you are in India, we didn't lose anything anyway, so chill.

If you are in a country where Daylight Saving started, then yes, you lost an hour. When my kids face this time shift, they get very cranky, so I try to put them to bed 15 minutes earlier gradually to ease the transition.

Sleep loss can actually affect blood sugar levels, so if you are managing diabetes, please be careful. Try to keep your meal timings and insulin routines consistent, even if the local time changed by an hour.

Whether it's one hour or more, chronic sleep loss is dangerous. I ignored constant tiredness for months and ended up with severe health issues. Please get a proper health checkup if you feel constantly exhausted.

Oh, losing an hour of sleep always makes me so anxious about my heart rate and blood pressure for the next day. It's so stressful when the schedule shifts suddenly. Try to take it easy today and drink plenty of water.

Yes, if you are in a DST zone, the clock jumped forward. If this time change is severely affecting your health or mood, go see a doctor instead of trying random herbal sleep drops recommended online.
