Did we get an extra hour of sleep last night?

Waking up today, I felt surprisingly refreshed! Did we get an extra hour of sleep last night because of the time change? Just trying to confirm my happy feeling!

If you are abroad, the clocks did go back. However, if you are experiencing severe fatigue or insomnia despite getting extra hours of rest, please do not ignore it. I had major health complications because I ignored chronic sleep issues, so please see a doctor if you feel unwell.

Only if you are in the US or Europe, bro! Here in India, our clocks are exactly the same, so no extra sleep for us. Still had to wake up early for my morning run.

Yes, if you're in a daylight saving zone, you got that sweet extra hour! Hope everyone utilized it to sleep in and feel super refreshed today.

Yes, countries observing Daylight Saving Time ended it last night, granting an extra hour. From a health perspective, even minor time shifts can temporarily affect your circadian rhythm, so keeping a consistent sleep schedule is highly recommended by medical experts.

The outer clocks may shift, but our inner body clock remains connected to nature. Doing 10 minutes of Pranayama in the morning helps align your system beautifully, whether you got extra sleep or not.
