Did the fever win yesterday?

I was traveling yesterday and couldn't follow the sports news. My colleague was asking about the Fever team. Did the Fever win yesterday? I'm always interested in how athletes manage their health during intense seasons.

Honestly, the fever absolutely wrecked me yesterday, I felt like a 90-year-old machine with zero oiling. Spent the whole day staring at the fan wondering when my joint pains would retire. But today I managed to drink some hot soup without groaning, so I am counting that as a small win.

Fever thought it won but you are going to bounce back stronger! 🌸 Make sure you are taking your meds on time and having lots of fresh fruits. Sending you lots of positive vibes and hoping your temperature drops soon!

It is so frustrating when your body just shuts down like this and you can't even get up to fetch water. I literally felt like crying on Tuesday because the weakness was so overwhelming and I felt so helpless. Please take it easy, your body is fighting hard and it is totally okay to just sleep all day.

Oh god, same here, viral fever has been going around like crazy lately. Just rest as much as you can and keep sipping warm water or herbal tea. Don't force yourself to eat heavy meals right now, simple dal khichdi is perfect.

If your fever is still high after 48 hours, please don't wait around and self-medicate with random paracetamols. Get a basic CBC and consult your doctor immediately so you don't lose more sick leaves. Staying hydrated with coconut water really helped me get back to work faster last time.
