De liver ance ingredients?

My friend was talking about this 'De liver ance' supplement, but I'm always careful about what goes into my body. Can anyone tell me what are the main ingredients in this 'De liver ance' product?

Most of these liver products usually just have milk thistle and dandelion extract packaged in a fancy bottle. Save your money and eat some fresh papaya instead, your liver will thank you without making your wallet lighter!

I agree, checking the exact ingredients list is crucial as some herbal extracts can interact with other prescription medicines.

My dad was looking at similar liver pills, and when we checked, it mostly had Kutki, Bhumi Amla, and Milk Thistle. These are good traditional herbs, but honestly, you can find them in standard Ayurvedic formulations at a much cheaper price.

Before buying, always check if the capsule shell is made of gelatin, especially if you are a strict vegetarian. Personally, I prefer taking natural beetroot juice and turmeric in my daily diet instead of relying on processed liver capsules.

I have seen many queries about this. Most 'liver health' products contain Silymarin (milk thistle), which is clinically known to support liver cells. Just ensure there are no heavy metals or artificial fillers, and run the ingredient list by your family doctor once.

In liver supplements mein haan, milk thistle aur vitamin B complex toh hota hi hai na. Par dhyan se check karna ki koi unwanted chemicals na ho. Ghar pe simple jeera pani aur hara dhaniya khana bhi liver ke liye kafi achha hai bhai.
