Can zepbound cause back pain?

I just started Zepbound a few weeks ago for weight management, and I've noticed a new dull ache in my lower back. I'm wondering if this back pain could be a side effect of the Zepbound, or if it's unrelated. Has anyone else experienced this?

I started Zepbound to control my constant biryani cravings, but lately, my lower back has been aching quite a bit. Maybe it's just from sitting too much or because my body is adjusting to eating much smaller portions.

Haan na, even my friend was complaining about mild back ache after starting Zepbound. Sometimes weight loss happens so fast that our body posture changes and causes pain. Take rest and don't exert yourself too much.

Back pain can sometimes be a sign of gallbladder or pancreas issues, which are known risks with medications like Zepbound. Please do not ignore this symptom and contact your doctor immediately to rule out any complications.

While muscle aches can happen as your body adapts to rapid weight loss, persistent back pain should not be ignored. It is always best to consult the specialist who prescribed Zepbound to you to ensure it's nothing serious.

Maybe your back is just crying because it has to carry less weight now! Jokes apart, mild aches are common when your body changes quickly, but if you start feeling like a folded chair, definitely go see your doc.

I didn't experience any back pain when I was on Zepbound, only some mild nausea in the beginning. Since medicines affect everyone so differently, sharing your symptoms with your clinic is the safest bet.

I got some lower back stiffness during my second week on Zepbound, honestly. It went away after I started drinking a lot of water and electrolytes. Just make sure you stay hydrated because dehydration can cause muscle cramps.

I just took my second dose and my upper back is hurting so much. I am really scared that it might be a side effect. Has anyone else felt this kind of pain after starting the injections?
